Please be aware are opening and closing times will change with effect from Thursday 20th August Monday  & Tuesday 10.00-3.00 Wednesday closed all day, Thursday – Sunday 10.00-3.00.

We are very excited to announce that we are looking to re-opening our doors on Thursday 20th August.  We are waiting for confirmation from Enviromental Health at South Ribble Council that are Covid-19 policies and procedures complie with government guidelines.

The Government has announced on 13th August that all Soft Play Centres are permitted to open from 15th August.  Therefore when we re-open the ball pools will remain closed until further notice.

We have also implemented addition safety measures to make your next visit with us as safe and fun as possible, from heavily reduced sessions sizes, designated session timeslots, additional cleaning measures, customer temperature checks, sanitiser stations located throughout the centre.

Due to operating at a reduced capacity and so that we can carry out necessary sanitisation in between sessions, you must pre-book your session timeslot by telephone 01772 698626 from Monday 17th August payment by card will be required at time of booking.   The session times will run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm, please make sure any food orders are eat before the end time.

Please note with this we will NOT accept walk-in, no reservation, no entry.

To our customers who have kept your party booking with us, please ring from the 17th August to rearrange.  As it’s the school holidays we can arrange these for during the week and weekends.   With this when parties are booked; we will not admit general public and this would be the same for weekend parties, only 2 parties will be running at one time.

During this lockdown Lyn and Chris have been at the unit regularly to deep clean the play equipment.  During the hour gap between slots, tables, chairs and toys and equipment will be cleaned.

We will have signs near the till area’s on were to stand and other markers, please follow what they say.   Food ordering will be different as you will be required to collect your own food when ready and clear your own table’s.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to Monkey Magic, but please be aware that your visit will be a different experience than normal as a result of the additional safety measures necessary the health and wellbeing of our team members and customers is our top priority.

The sad news, those of you in area’s in lockdown (Preston, Blackburn etc.) we are sorry but due to the Governments guideline’s we will not be able to accept you at this time.

Staff will be wearing PPE gear but customers over 11 years old will be required to wear facemasks as per Government rules, those who don’t have or don’t wear a mask, we are unable to admit you.

We look forward to seeing you all soon!  This will take a while to settle in so please bear with us as this is new way of working and your kindness and patience would be appreciated.
